Geb\u00e4ude- und Grundst\u00fcckgesellschaft Zwickau (GGZ) sanierten wir die Geb\u00e4udeh\u00fclle eines unter Denkmalschutz stehenden ehemaligen Schulgeb\u00e4udes im Zwickauer Ortsteil Oberrothenbach, welches jetzt als Wohngeb\u00e4ude genutzt wird.
